Every company should have a long-term strategy for managing its brand. In general, companies should focus on pushing their positive content and reviews. Make a plan for the content your company will put out. It needs to match your brand identity. Because the internet moves so fast, one bad review amongst hundreds of positive reviews will not be the end of the business.
