National Center of Research Educator Diversity (NCRED)
NCRED is informed and guided by research from the “Handbook of Research on Teachers of Color and Indigenous Teachers,” a knowledge project that involved the collaboration of over 60 researchers from diverse universities across the nation. The handbook establishes research and policy directives to address knowledge gaps related to recruiting, preparing, supporting, and retaining Teachers of Color and Indigenous Teachers in K–12 schools.

ITVibes had the privilege of aiding NCRED in redesigning their website to better reflect their mission. We gained insights into NCRED’s objectives and audience. From there, we developed a customized design plan to enhance their website’s functionality and appeal. Our skilled web designers crafted a visually engaging and intuitive layout that showcased the research findings and policy directives.
Throughout the redesign process, we maintained open communication with NCRED, incorporating their feedback and making adjustments as needed to ensure the website met their expectations.
