Montgomery County Justice of the Peace Precinct 4

Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 recognizes the need to protect the public and ensure the health and safety of litigants, attorneys, visitors, court staff, and the Judge. In an effort to help the spread of COVID-19, the court has taken guidance from the Montgomery County COVID-19 Operating Plan, implemented by the Local Administrative Judge, and developed a plan specific for Justice Court Precinct 4.
