- Always be positive, polite, and relatable.
- 90% of your time on Twitter should be spent engaging, educating, informing, inspiring, or entertaining. 10% of your time should be selling. Stick to that. You don’t want to overwhelm or turn off followers with a lot of sales pitches.
This isn’t brain surgery but it does take a little time, effort, and patience. Put aside a few hours a week to spend on Twitter. Make it part of your weekly or daily schedule. It will pay off in the long run so don’t give up.
